Will Tebbutt is u13s Player of the Week and played a huge part in our Grand Final win.
Will set the tone for the whole team right from the start with an incredible opening spell. His bowling was outstanding, keeping a ruthless line and length that made it very difficult for the opposition to score freely. He showed great focus, discipline and determination, putting the batters under constant pressure and giving our team the early momentum we needed in such an important game.
Grand Finals are won through big moments and strong team efforts, and Will’s performance was exactly that. His bowling helped set the standard for the rest of the team, and it flowed through to what was a fantastic display from everyone in the field. Our bowling and fielding were the real difference in the game, and Will’s start played a huge part in securing the win.
A fantastic effort on the biggest stage — a very well deserved Player of the Week. Well done Will. 👏🏏
