Welfare

Our greatest commitment is to create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment where every player can flourish and enjoy the game. We require all families familiarise themselves with our club’s Parent Code of Conduct document (above), which complements and reinforces Cricket Australia’s official safeguarding framework. Our expectation is that everyone (parents, coaches, players, officials) will uphold these standards so that the welfare of our youth always takes precedence over the scoreboard.
