First Grade Players’ Player – Jim Glazbrook!
Let’s set the scene… Bay & Basin are chasing 264 and cruising at 1/156 with plenty of overs left. Jim has already bowled a tidy first spell and comes back on for his second.
Then the show begins.
Jim absolutely tore through the middle order, taking the next five wickets and removing batters 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7. He finished with an incredible 5-32 off 10 overs, completely flipping the match on its head and setting up First Grade’s sixth win of the season!
